Webmail not showing or timing out

We have had some users experience difficulty with webmail in Google Chrome.
Currently, using this browser you will need to set RoundCube as your default mail client from within the webmail welcome screen OR by clicking your email address in the top right corner and selecting the small star next to RoundCube to set it as default.
