There are two ways to access the control panel.

Login to the client area
Click the domain you want to login to the contro panel for
On the left hand side click the link "Login to control panel"

Some users do not receive the email due to it being blocked by their ISP If you do not have the login details then :
Login to the client area
At the top right there will be a drop down arrow next to your name
Select "Email History" and you will get the login you require from the "New Account Information" email.
